Is Ziipay live yet?
Ziipay is currently in a pre-launch / Early Access phase. We are completing partner onboarding, compliance checks, and operational readiness before public rollout.
Which countries can I send money to?
Ziipay will launch with transfers from the UK to Nigeria, with additional African corridors planned, including Ghana, Kenya, Cameroon and Benin Republic. Availability will be introduced in phases.
Who operates Ziipay?
Ziipay is a trading name of International Remittance Ltd, registered in England & Wales. Our service operates using regulated partner infrastructure and payout networks.
How will payments be processed?
Transfers will be processed securely through our approved partner platform, with identity verification, anti-fraud monitoring and transaction controls in place.
Will I need to verify my identity?
Yes. Customers will be required to complete KYC identity verification in line with UK financial compliance requirements before sending money.
How will fees and exchange rates work?
Fees and exchange rates will be shown clearly before payment, so customers know exactly how much the recipient will receive.
